Quality, Security & Compliance Inspections
An independent look at systems, software and delivery practices — individually or together.
You may suspect a problem, need assurance before a launch, or simply want to know where you stand. We inspect quality, security and compliance — separately or as one engagement — and explain what we find without jargon.
Our role is to give you an honest picture and practical priorities, not a long list of alarms. Confidentiality is part of every inspection.
Who it's for
- Organisations preparing a launch, audit, sale or major change
- Clients who want an independent check on work delivered by a supplier
- Teams handling sensitive data who need confidence in their protection
What's included
Quality & delivery reviews
Code, architecture, testing and release practices assessed against what your system needs.
Security & confidentiality assessments
How well systems and data are protected, where the weak points are, and what to fix first.
Compliance checks
Assessment against the requirements that apply to your sector and your data.
Findings & improvement priorities
A clear report ranking issues by impact, with realistic next steps.
How we work
- 1Agree the scope, depth and confidentiality terms in advance
- 2Inspect directly — documents, systems, code and processes
- 3Keep you informed as findings emerge, not only at the end
- 4Deliver a plain-language report and walk you through it
What you get
A clear, independent picture of where you stand and what to improve first.
Prefer a senior professional in your own team instead? We provide that too.
How we work with AI
AI improves our work. Humans own it.
Whichever way you work with us — a senior professional placed in your project, or a complete project taken on by us — our professionals use AI and AI-driven tools without exception, to improve the quality, efficiency and completeness of their work. They are all up to date with the latest developments in this area.
But they never hand over their work to AI. They implement it themselves — and they take responsibility for it.
AI is one of our areas — not our main area. IT system development and integration are our thing, with or without AI. And within AI itself, our main subject is not developing an AI service or a model of our own: many highly capable researchers and companies around the world are already doing that, and we appreciate their work. Our main subject is what and how you and we can do things with these AI services — in practice, and realistically.
"Those who cannot do something without AI cannot do it with AI either. AI can only improve, but not replace."
In all our business, the human is the main component. Not because AI capability is untrustworthy — but because human capability is irreplaceable.
